Ingredients

The best food can only be made with the best ingredients, and luckily here in the Bay Area we have access to a wide range of organic, locally-grown grains, produce, dairy, and more! All of the flours, whole grains, seeds, fruits, herbs, and dairy products I use are organic, and acquired from sources as nearby as possible. I also forage for wild foods and use many plants that grow in my own back yard and neighborhood to bring you a truly unique, seasonal, hyper-local experience!

Dietary Restrictions

I offer a variety of vegan and gluten-free choices, and usually can accommodate a wide range of food allergies and restrictions. However, I regularly use wheat, dairy/eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and many other common allergens, so unfortunately I can never completely guarantee that my kitchen is free of these items. That being said, I do my best to adhere to proper sanitation practices and avoid cross-contamination so that my customers can be reasonably assured not to experience any unpleasant surprises! If my regular selection doesn't meet your needs, please reach out to discuss what you are looking for and I'll be happy to craft something that works for you!

Felicia M. Bock

Hi, I'm Felicia (she/her)! I'm a Bay Area born & raised pastry chef who's been working in bakeries, fine dining, and catering for over 20 years. I attended California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and have had the privilege of working in some of the Bay's finest eateries, in both sweet & savory capacities and cuisines of all types. Food has been my passion from a very young age, along with guiding principles of ecological sustainability & social justice - that is why Queen of Hearts is committed to using organic & local ingredients whenever possible, supporting our regional grain economy, turning no one away for lack of funds, and sharing my favorite flavors from around the world!
